In this project, carried out by Helind Enerji in Baku, 24 solar collectors with 30 vacuum tubes each were installed. Using solar energy, the system handles pool water heating, space heating inside the house and hot water supply for the boiler.
What is a solar collector system?
A solar collector is a system that gathers the sun's heat and uses it to warm water. The 30-tube vacuum tube collectors used in this project capture sunlight more efficiently and transfer the heat to the water. This technology is an ideal choice for buildings with high heating demand.
Technical specifications
- Number of collectors: 24
- Each collector contains: 30 vacuum tubes
Applications:
- Pool water heating
- Space heating
- Hot water for the boiler
By using the sun's thermal energy, this system makes significant savings on electricity and gas costs possible. In large homes and villas in particular, building an alternative heating system with these collectors pays off both economically and environmentally.
Environmental benefits
Using solar energy for heating reduces dependence on gas and electricity and lowers carbon emissions. Thanks to this system, about 10–12 tons of carbon dioxide emissions are avoided every year, which equals the annual effect of more than 400 trees.
A clean future for heating with Helind Enerji
This solar collector system in Baku is more than a technological upgrade: it shows energy savings, care for the environment and a clean way of living. At Helind Enerji, we deliver clean energy not only as electricity but also as heat.
